Our story began thirty years ago with Mario Blancke. After a three-week holiday on the Costa del Sol, he decided to move permanently to Spain with his family. What started as a personal dream soon grew into a professional mission: helping others safely and reliably make their dream of owning a home in Spain come true.
Mario knew the Spanish property market from the inside. Having been a victim of irregularities in building permit procedures himself, he founded an association to defend the rights of affected homeowners. His commitment to transparency and legal certainty even led him to a political career as Councillor for Urban Development and later as Mayor of his village. Thanks to this unique experience, he was able to offer foreign buyers honest, expert advice.
Since April 2025, Liesl Huyghebaert, Mario’s niece and an active team member for over three years, has taken over as the new manager. Liesl brings years of experience in the service industry, having co-managed a hotel and worked in customer service in the petrochemical sector. Guiding clients personally and exceeding expectations comes naturally to her.
With the same passion and integrity, Liesl continues her uncle’s legacy: offering reliable, transparent support throughout the process of purchasing your dream home in Spain.
