Overview of our services:

    • Application for NIE document (Número Inscripción Extranjero): mandatory if you want to buy a property in Spain: FREE OF CHARGE. (In person or with Power of Attorney)
    • Open a bank account: FREE OF CHARGE.
    • Organizing of direct debit of rates / taxes such as IBI, water, sewerage or road taxes: FREE OF CHARGE.
    • Change of title holder and direct debit of the electricity supply, water, IBI receipts and, where applicable, circulation taxes: FREE OF CHARGE.
    • Non-resident income tax declaration (if applicable) IRNR: FREE OF CHARGE DURING 2 YEARS, you only pay the tax.
